This species was described from several specimens collected in the Chian Rai province in Thailand. For the first time, we here report it from Myanmar and from the vicinity of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The specimens were attracted to pheromone lures in late morning; the one from Chiang Mai in subtropical rain forest, the two specimens from Myanmar in monsoonal forest along a creek bed.
