Type host.

Trichodactylus fluviatilis Latreille, 1828 ( Decapoda : Trichodactylidae ).

Infestation site.

External surface of body, including the orbital cavities; eggs fixed over pleural sides of the carapace, orbital cavities, and mostly on the fourth pair of pereiopods.

Type locality.

Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul State, Maquiné, Arroio Água Parada ( 29°66'20"S, 50°21'15"W).
