Paratype. 1 ♂: Приморский край / Уссурийский Зап-к [Заповедник] / Купянская 10 IX 1979 [ Russia, Primorskii Terr., Ussuri Nature Reserve, 10.IX.1979 (A. Kupyanskaya)] // Paratypus ♂ / Bifidoceropales / lehri Lelej // Bifidoceropales / pygmaea ♂ / appendiculata / Lelej det. (Yasum.).

Current status. Bifidoceropales lehri Lelej, 1985 is a junior subjective synonym of Ceropales (Bifidoceropales) pygmaea appendiculatus Yasumatsu, 1939 according to Lelej et al. 1994: 145.

Distribution. Ceropales (Bifidoceropales) pygmaea appendiculatus Yasumatsu, 1939 is distributed in Russia: Far East (Khabarovsk Terr., Primorskii Terr.); China (Jilin) (Loktionov & Lelej 2017).
