Remarks — The specimen from Georgia molecularly analyzed in this study match the description of H. angustipalpis , and falls in BIN ( BOLD: AEO 4004) which also includes specimens from northeastern Iran (see Pešić et al. 2023b). New for the fauna of Georgia.
Habitat in Georgia — Medium-sized river with pebbles and sand on the bottom.
