Known distribution. ARGENTINA, BRASIL (Acre, Amazonas, Bahia, Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso, Rio de Janeiro, Pernambuco, Paraná, Roraima, Santa Catarina, São Paulo) , VENEZUELA.
Remarks. This species is widely distributed in Brazil and in the Northeast Region, having been recorded previously from Bahia and Pernambuco states. In this study the known distribution is extended and provides the first record for the state of Maranhão [Caxias municipality].
