Distribution and habitat. Distribution in Iraq: Lesser Zab drainage.—General distribution: Middle East: Lesser Zab drainage ( Iraq), and Marivan ( Iran).—Habitat: This species occurs in streams with slow to fast-flowing freshwater. Freshwater.
