Comments: We collected only one male, which bears a subgenital plate very different from the Phlugis species described based on males (both holotypes and syntypes). The subgenital plate, in ventral view, its first two basal thirds quadrangular, with a straight lateral margin, and the apical third triangular, resembling a tip, no longer than half of the length of the plate itself, and with a ventral expansion. In lateral view, the subgenital plate is flattened, with a dilation at half of its length. Cerci, in addition, are not greater than half of the length of the subgenital plate.

Bioacoustics: Sound not recorded.
