DISTRIBUTION: Zaire, Uganda, Rwanda, W Kenya.
SYNONYMS: barbertoni, centralis, ignifer, johnstoni , leopoldi, lestradei, rutshuricus.
COMMENTS: Formerly included in callipygus , but separate according to Groves and Grubb (1974).
