Remarks. ThespecieswasdesribedbyBeieras Neobisium (Neobisium) herzegovinense fromonemaleandtwofemaletypes, fromtheVolujakMts (BosniaandHerzegovina) ( BEIER 1939 b). LaterBEIER (1963) mentioned N. herzegovinense as a subspecies of N. bosnicum as N. bosnicum herzegovinense . Since itsdescriptionnofurtheroccurrencesofthespecieswerepublished.

Duringthepresentinvestigationwefoundgreatervariabilityinthesetationofthecarapaceandthetergites, andinthemeasurementdataandpro- portionsthanpreviouslymentionedintheliterature ( BEIER 1939 b, 1963).

Consideringtheimportantdifferencesbetween N. (N.) bosnicumbosnicum and N. (N.) bosnicumherzegovinense inthemeasurements, ratiosandshapeof thepedipalps, itiswarrantedtore- elevate N. (N.) bosnicumherzegovinense to fullspeciesrank.
