Known only from two females, this species is unusual in having the body extensively pale but the fore wings uniformly brown. The antenna is relatively short ( Fig. 101 View FIGURES 93 – 101 ), and the pronotum is moderately closely striate with pale lines.
Material examined. Holotype female, Brazil, Santa Catarina, Nova Teutônia, 26.vi.1949, on unidentified vegetation (F. Plaumann) ( USNM). Paratype female collected with holotype ( USNM).
