Remarks: This specimen collected by Sir N. Lamont at Guaico, Trinidad on 18th April 1915 is clearly the holotype although in the original description ( Kaye 1922) the date is erroneously given as “ 18.ix.15.” However the date is corrected to 18 April 1915 in Kaye & Lamont (1927). It is illustrated in colour in Pl. I: fig. 15 ( Kaye 1922, Kaye & Lamont 1927.)
