Holotype, male, pinned (Abdomen on slide G 224). also paratype 3, pinned (Abdomen on slide G 225).

[ 19] 92 655 ”[Printed]. “J.CLAYTON | NMSZ 2009.004 ”[Printed]. Genitalia slide with same data except “ holotype | G 224 I 655.”

Remarks: These specimens of P. vitiensis are undoubtedly the holotype and paratype and are illustrated in colour by Clayton ( 2008: Pl. K: figs. 1 & 2). A male genital valve and the aedeagus are depicted in fig. 1.
