Lectotype ( Tölken in J. S. African Bot. 38: 71. 1972): [icon] " Crassula Portulacae facie, repens" in Dillenius, Hort. Eltham. 1: 119, t. 100, f. 119. 1732.

Current name: Crassula pellucida L. ( Crassulaceae ).

Note: Schonland (in Trans. Roy. Soc. S. Africa 17: 192, 194. 1929) treated material in Herb. Sherard ( OXF) as the type. However, this was not studied by Linnaeus and is not original material for the name.
