Basionym :— Lepidozia pruinosa Herzog, Memoranda Soc. Fauna Fl. Fenn. 27: 93, 1952 [1951] ( Herzog 1951). Type :— FIJI. Koro: eastern slope of Maine Ridge, 300-500 m, A. C . Smith 966 (holotype BISH) .
