MATERIAL STUDIED: 1♂, AZERBAIJAN, northwestern Azerbaijan, Ismailinsky Nat. Reserv ., Valyasinvill ., 26.VI.2003, leg. Nabozhenko ( cAnl). – 1♀ 1♂, RUSSIA, Rostovregion, Krivyanskyvill ., 02.V.1997, leg. Shokhin ( cAnl, cKha). – 1♂, TURKEY, Osmaniyeprovince , Bahçe, Inderesi 2 kmNW, 980 m 37°15'55’’N, 36°37'04’’E, 15.XI.2010, leg. Anlas, ( cAnl).

DISTRIBUTION: Europe, European part of Russia, Iran, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Siberia ( Smetana, 2004; Shavrin, 2007). In Turkey, the exact locality of this species has not been cited by previous studies ( Smetana, 2004; Anlas, , 2009). L. elongatum is recorded from Azerbaijan for the first time.
