Distribution. China, Bhutan.
Remarks. This species is newly recorded for Bhutan. Archips limatus is a variable species that was among the most commonly collected tortricids in Bhutan. The male genitalia are very similar to those of A. dispilana (Walker) , but the female genitalia differ from those of the latter in the more trapezoidal and convex lamella postvaginalis and straight colliculum.
