Description: metacarp four to six times longer than its distance from apex of radial cell; antenna almost as long as body, two preapical antennomeres about one-and-a-half longer (or more) than wide; head distinctly transverse; vein r almost as long as vein 2-SR; T1 polished with punctures in apical half; T2 more transverse; ovipositor sheath shorter than hind femur; thicker spines on outer side of hind tibia very numerous, almost overlapping; and inner spur of hind tibia very distinctly longer than outer one.
Material examined: 2♀, Hongxialinchang, Jingyuan, Ningxia, 2008. VII.1–7, Yao Jiemin, Nos. 200808800, 200808771; 1♀, Xixialinchang, Jingyuan, Ningxia, 2008. VII.11–12, Yao Jiemin, No. 200808616; 1♀, Mt. Liupan, Ningxia, 2008. VI. 21–VII.14, Yao Jiemin, No. 200808000.
Distribution: China (Ningxia) new record ( Fig. 12 View FIGURE 12 ); Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan.
Note: Features of these specimens mostly agree with the description in Nixon (1973), Wilkinson (1945) and Papp (1984) except for: the ovipositor sheath much shorter, nearly half of hind tibia, and the ovipositor as long as hind tibia but not equal to hind tibia plus hind basitarsus (described in Wilkinson 1945).
