Distribution. Vietnam ( Abe et al. 2014a: 401).

Biology. Only females of the sexual generation have been described, which develop in undescribed galls on Q. helferiana A.DC (sect. Cyclobalanopsis ) ( Table 1; Abe et al. 2014a).
