Distribution. Japan (Hokkaido), the Russian Far East ( Schwéger et al. 2015a: 482, 485), China (Zhejiang Province) ( Pujade-Villar et al. 2017b: 61–62), and South Korea ( Lobato-Vila et al. 2020d: 191).

Biology. Reared from galls of Andricus hakonensis ŏ, A. kashiwaphilus ŏ, A. pseudoflos ŏ and undetermined leaf galls on Q. dentata , Q. mongolica and Q. serrata (sect. Quercus ) ( Table 2; Schwéger et al. 2015a; Pujade-Villar et al. 2017b; Lobato-Vila et al. 2020d).
