Andricus kumugifoliae Shinji, 1943b: 126 , ♀.

Distribution. Japan (Honshu) ( Shinji 1943b: 126).

Remarks. Uncertain status ( Abe et al. 2007). The types are lost and the original description does not allow confident identification to Andricus or any other genus.

Biology. Induces leaf galls on an undetermined Quercus ( Shinji 1943b) .
