Distribution. Vietnam ( Abe et al. 2014a: 404).

Biology. Possibly associated with bud galls on Castanopsis sp. ( Abe et al. 2014a), although this association is doubtful ( Fang et al. 2020b; Lobato-Vila et al. 2021b).
