Saphonecrus flavitibilis Wang & Chen in Wang et al. (2010): 1035, ♀.

Distribution. China (Zhejiang Province) ( Wang et al. 2010: 1035–1037; Lobato-Vila et al. 2021b: 12).

Biology. Associated with gall midge ( Diptera : Cecidomyiidae ) galls on undetermined trees ( Wang et al. 2010) and hedgehog-like galls on leaf veins of Q. ciliaris (sect. Cyclobalanopsis ) ( Lobato-Vila et al. 2021b). The gall inducers have yet to be confirmed.
