Distribution. Japan (Honshu, Kyushu) ( Wachi et al. 2011a: 371–372).
Biology. Reared from midge galls of Ametrodiplosis acutissima (Monzen, 1937) ( Diptera : Cecidomyiidae ) on Q. acutissima (sect. Cerris ) ( Table 2; Wachi et al. 2011a).
