Material examined. “ India, Tamil Nadu Distr., Viluppuram Auroville , 12°0[0]’ N 79°48’ E, leg. F. Burger, 01.viii.–05.x.2012 ”, 1 male ( OHCB).
Remarks. The species was previously only known from Sri Lanka. The specimen cited here represents a new country record for India.
