Distribution and habitat.

South Mediterranean. In the Levant, occurring in semi-arid to desert habitats in Israel, the West Bank and Jordan ( Wood 2023 b).

Flight period.

Mid-February to early May.

Flower preferences.

Narrowly oligolectic on Reseda ( Resedaceae ) ( Wood 2023 b). Also collected on Cistaceae and Malvaceae .
