Spatulariella moniae Nobile & Tomarchio, 1998: 294 . Holotype ♁; Italy: Sicily, Mount Etna, Monterosso , m 450, m 450, 23.VIII.1996 (Tomarchio coll.)
Species only known by its original description ( Nobile & Tomarchio 1998), based on two Sicilian males. According to this description, the species is very close to H. punctatus (Brullé, 1832) View in CoL . The species is included in the present checklist, but further investigations of the subgenus Spatulariella are needed to assess the taxonomic status of this taxon that could be a synonym.
Distribution. Italy (Sicily).
