Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan, Fars, Mazandaran ( Anton 1998; Zarnegar 2014), Qazvin ( Anton 1998; Zarnegar 2014; Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Tehran ( Borowiec & Anton 1993; Anton 1998), Iran (no locality cited) ( Decelle & Lodos 1989).
General distribution. Eastern part of Mediterranean part of Europe, Caucasian countries.
Host records. Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop. (Fabaceae) ( Abbaszadeh 2012; Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Astragalus avicennicus Parsa , Onobrychis hohenackeriana C.A. Mey (both Fabaceae ) ( Zarnegar 2014).
