Distribution in Iran. East Azarbaijan ( Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Northern Khorasan ( Kalantary & Sadeghi 2015; Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Qazvin ( Zarnegar 2014; Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Tehran (Lukjanovitch & Ter- Minassian 1957.
General distribution. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, Syria.
Host records. Astragalus citrinus Bunge ( Abbaszadeh 2012; Kalantary & Sadeghi 2015; Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Astragalus neo-mobayenii Maassoumi , A. ovinous Boiss. ( Abbaszadeh 2012; Abbaszadeh et al. 2016), Astragalus avicennicus Parsa , A. askius Bunge ( Zarnegar 2014) , A. curvipes Trautv. (Fabaceae) ( Kalantary & Sadeghi 2015).
Comments. Nikdel et al. (2016) recorded an unknown species ( Bruchidius sp.) from East Azarbaijan on Coronella varia L. and Onobrychis cornuta L. (both Fabaceae ).
