Dimensions.
"Longit. 22 1/2 millim., latit. 11 millim."; specimen figured herein H 22.3, D 11.2, W 7.5.
Type material.
NHMUK 1854.12.4.235, five paralectotypes ( d’Orbigny coll.).
Remarks.
The lectotype is in the MNHN collection ( Breure 1976).
