NOTES. The species is widespread in Iran from region near Urmia Lake to Zanjan and Lorestan. All specimens were collect- ed in mid-mountains level (1700–2400 m), on gravely open landscapes. Beetles are hiding in leaf rosette of Onosma microcarpum Stev. ex DC (preferred host plant) and Anchusa spp .
