Remarks: The more elongated triserial portion distinguishes this species.
Stratigraphic distribution: It was originally described from the Dano-Montian of Algeria. It is also recorded in the lowermost Paleocene of northern Sinai (SAID & KENAWY, 1956). In the study area, it is recorded in the Maastrichtian and the Early Paleocene sediments.
