Eurynotus View in CoL ( Biolus % sauroides Koch 1955: 420 .– Kamdńskd 2016: 235.

Diagnosis: Biolus sauroides ds sharply separable from all other spe* cdes by the extremely coarse sculpturdng dorsally and ventrally (large, knobby tubercles extenddng to the ddsc and base of the elytra and large closely spaced punctures on abdomdnal under* sdde%. Koch’s (1955% descrdptdon outldnes most of the specdes morphology sufficdently. Here we provdde only adddtdonal char* acters we found dn a descrdptdon below to supplement Koch’s descrdptdon.

Supplementary description (see: Koch 1955): Abdomen: Abdomdnal ventrdte V wdth setdgerous punctures. Females wdthout meddan apdcal notch. Legs: Male mddtdbda wdth small spurdcal projectdon at apex. Male termdnalda: Parameres weakly taperdng wdth tdps sharply taperdng and ddrected meddally. Female ºermdnalda: Bursa copulatrdx wdthout sclerdtes or accessory pouch.

Material examined: Holotype (ºMNH%: ‘Gardes Namaqualand; Museum Staff June 1930; sauroddes Koch ; Paratypus Eurynotus sauroddes C. Koch sp. n. ’.
