( Figs 118 View FIGURES 118 – 119 –122)
Amberana uncinata Jacobi, 1917: 543 View in CoL .
Male genitalia ( Fig. 121 View FIGURES 121 ). Pygofer finishing into at a pick ventrally, anterior and posterior margins relatively strait, with posterior margin cut from top to bottom postero-anteriorly. Pygofer height: 2.2 mm. Subgenital plate gently curved from base to rounded apex. Aedeagus generally shaped as circumvented tube, only a big hook shaped protrusion on anterior margin visible, and apically shaped as a crab grip, posterior dorsal protrusion corresponding to large part of crab grip.
Note. The black pattern on the tegmina distinguishes A. fissurata from A. uncinita Jacobi, 1917 (Figs 35, 81).
Lectotype designation. Two syntypes borrowed from the Jacobi collection (SMTD) were examined in this study. In the original description, Jacobi wrote: Mus. Dresden: Sikora c., 2Ƥ. We designate here the female which is in the best condition as lectotype. Subsequently the second specimen becomes a paralectotype. The lectotype is used to illustrate the species in the figures 118 and 119.
Material examined. Lectotype Ƥ and 1Ƥ (paralectotype), Madagascar, 1915–3 and Madagaskar, 1912–3 ( SMTD). Madagascar province d’Antananarivo, 7km SE of Andasibe National Park headquarters, 7–22 Jan 2001, 18°57’76’’S 48°27’16’’E, Hamin’Hala collector, malaise trap in tropical forest, elev. 1050m MA–01–08A–01, CASENT 3001229, 13 ( CAS)
