HA-2544, HMIM) GoogleMaps , 3 ♀♀, Orumiyeh, Ghâsemloo , 10.vi.1975, Abâi leg. , 1 ♀, 15 km NE Sardasht , 23.vi.1975, Abâi leg. ; Kermânshâh Prov.: 1 Ô, Ghallâjeh , 1810 m, 18.viii.1996, V. Nazari, Barâri, Parchami-Arâghi leg.
Distribution. Southern Europe; N Africa, South Africa, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Syria, India, China, Taiwan, Tibet, Japan ( Slamka 2013); Iran: Bushehr (Bushehr) and Fars (Barm Firuz, Shiraz, Sineh Sefid, Pirezan) Provinces ( Amsel 1961).
Remarks. The wings ground colour of all the examined specimens is pale grayish-brown. This species is externally hardly distinguishable from D. daralis . Comparing the labial palpi of both species showed that there is no considerable difference between these two species in the length of labial palpus.
