Distribution. Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Syria ( Slamka 2013), Iran (Fars Province: Pirezan; Hamedan Province: Hamedan, Soltanabad; and Khuzestan Province: Ahwaz, Dezful [Salehabad]) ( Amsel 1949, 1961).

Remarks. The ground colour of the examined specimens varies from pale rusty-brown to pale brown.Additionally, a slight intraspecific variation was observed in the size of their discoidal spots.
