A Palearctic species whose adults have been found on Artiodactyla : Bovidae ; larvae and nymphs have been collected from Lagomorpha : Leporidae , and Rodentia : Cricetidae , Dipodidae and Muridae . There are no records of Dermacentor ushakovae causing human parasitism.
