DISTRIBUTION. Transbaikalia, southern part of the Russian Far East, Northern Mongolia ( Fig. 2 ).

HOST. Willows from the section Viminella : S. schwerinii E.L. Wolf , S. udensis Trautv. et C.A. Mey.
