Comments. Ufens foersteri is very common in Xinjiang, with broad distribution in different habitats such as deserts, agricultural fields, grassland, etc. Its unique male genitalia make it easy to distinguish from other species of Ufens . Hu and Lin (2003) described Ufensia xinjiangensis , which we think is same as U. foersteri based on the study of the type material of the former and the redescription of the latter by Owen (2011), hence U. xinjiangensis is synonymized under the later.
