Distr.: Mexico (Veracruz) to Colombia (Antioquia (near Río Anorí), Caquetá (Los Alicángaros; Tres Esquinas), Cauca (López, Río Micay), Chocó (Curiche; Rt. 25; Teresita), Meta, Boyacá (Puerto Boyacá), Putumayo (Puerto Leguizamo), Valle del Cauca (Río Raposo)), Venezuela, Peru and Northern Brazil.
