Distribution.

Europe: Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden; Asia: India ( Černý 2011, Černý et al. 2006, Karpa 2008). First record from Switzerland.
