Habitat. Under decaying logs, leaves and moss. Abundant in wet acid moor land. Zoogeographical distribution type. Peregrine species of Atlantic origin. Distribution in Croatia. One record from the Biokovo Mountain (South Croatia), Mediterranean region (Mršić 1985).
