Type:— CONGO (BRAZZAVILLE). Without locality. F.R. Thollon s.n. (holotype P! [P00390093, P00390094]).
Distribution:—Its locality in Congo (Brazzaville) is unknown.
Habitat and ecology:—Unknown.
Notes:—Known only from the type specimen. Morphologically similar to E. sumbensis Greves (1928: 175) , but with much smaller leaves, shorter pedicels and densely hairy branchlets.
