Remarks

The examined specimen (MNHN) was mistakenly labelled as “ lectotype ”. The specimen from MRSN ( Fig. 34D View Fig ) is the correct lectotype (see the case of the lectotype of M. palmiphilus above, Fig. 34A View Fig ).
