Remarks

The lectotype and paralectotype are mounted on the same card and, therefore, we included their type labels on that same pin. The lectotype is the specimen on the left and the paralectotype is the specimen on the right side of the card. Only the lectotype is shown here ( Fig. 15E View Fig ).
