Type locality: [Narun, nordostlich von Astrachan zwischen Wolga- und Ural-Flu., etwa 15 deutsche Meilen ostwarts von der Wolga] (NW Kazakhstan, European part).
Type material: lectotype (♂) in MHUB ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 23 ), examined. Designation by Yakovlev (2006).
Synonymy:
= Holcocerus arenicola albida Seitz, 1912: 421 View in CoL .
Type locality: probably W. Kazakhstan, Valley of Ural River ( Seitz 1912) . Type material: “ein sehr helles Stuck mit fast weissen Hflgln sandte mir Herr Bartel als ab. albida ”, probably
lost.
= Holcocerus dilutior Rothschild, 1912: 452 View in CoL .
Type locality: Kyssyl [near Dzharkent (Panfilov), SE Kazakhstan]. Type material (holotype) in BMNH ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 9 – 23 ), examined. Distribution : Caucasus, Iran, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, N . Afghanistan, NW China
