Holcocerus volgensis Christoph, 1893: 88 .

Type locality: Sarepta [Krasnoarmeisk, Volgograd Oblast’ Region, S. part of European Russia]. Type material (holotype) in ZISP ( Fig. 49 View FIGURES 39 – 53 ), examined.

Distribution: S. Volga reg., N. Caucasus (Stavropol’ Krai, Daghestan), NW Kazakhstan ( Zhuravlev 1910; Lvovsky 1971; Yakovlev 2006; Yakovlev et al. 2015). Additional data: Russia, S Ural: Orenburg distr., 50°40– 45’N 54°26–28’E, Schibendy valley, 18.7. 1998, 1 m 1 f, K. Nupponen leg. & coll. (sec. K. Nupponen, unpublished)
