Comments. ‘Phon Tiou’ is a locality in Khammouane Province, Laos. Pakkading is a district in Bolikhamsai province, Central Laos.
The non-type female received from the Bishop museum has the exact same collecting data as the two paratypes from the Gilmour Collection (Phon Tiou, 1.5.62), but it has no type indication, and possibly Breuning was unaware of it when he wrote the description. Breuning (1963c) states ‘Fin Mai’ [end of May], but the specimens marked as paratypes from the Gilmour collection are dated 1 st May. Possibly Breuning was referring only to the date of the holotype, but examination of the type series in the Bishop Museum is needed to clarify their status.
