Type locality. China (Szechuan).

Type material. Unknown.

Examined material. 3 A (SORC-V.209.01) on the leaves, Tam Dao NP , Vinh Phuc, 25/07/1998 ; 2 A (SORC- V.209.02) on the way to observation tower, Tam Dao NP , Vinh Phuc, 21/06/1995 .

Records from Vietnam. Vinh Phuc (Tam Dao NP) ( Thai 1997).

Distribution. China ( Chen 1946).

Vietnamese name. Giun lá tenebrica .

Remarks. The population in Vietnam differs from the original description ( Chen 1946) in larger body size, more setae, and simple intestinal caeca ( Thai 1997).
