Type locality. Vietnam (Quang Nam: Tien Phuoc ).

Type material. SORC, Vietnam.

Records from Vietnam. Quang Nam (Tien Phuoc) ( Pham 1995a).

Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.

Vietnamese name. Giun tiên phước.

Remarks. Blakemore (2007a) stated its status as " species inquirenda ". Further examination was not possible because all previously collected material has been lost.
