Diagnosis
Eyes with long setae (e.g. Fig. 7 d); female antenna with relatively short flagellomeres and with a distinct clava (e.g. Fig. 5 a); male flagellomeres 1-4 with an externo-dorsal, sub-basal compact whorl of long setae (e.g. Fig. 5 d); setae along hind margin of pronotum and adnotaular setae on mesoscutum long and erect (e.g. Fig. 7 a); body black non-metallic or with weak metallic tinges; female gaster circular or short ovate.
